I purchased a Bluetooth speaker on Monday 20/04/26 and after arriving home (approx. 80 kilometres away) I put the speaker on charge but it would not retain the charge. I got about 5 minutes use out of it. Tuesday I called and spoke with a staff member who was very polite and customer focused.I was advised that the item had to be returned to the store and that they would provide me with a voucher.
