Worse customer service.. Big improvement needed.. stock never matches. Lost customer forever
They do even deserve 1 strar to be honest. I went to Big W to buy Little Shop items and the cash notes got stuck in the payment machine. There were three staff members around, yet I had to wait about 20 minutes without help. I repeatedly asked them to check the camera and return my balance as I was running late for an appointment, but no one assisted and my requests were ignored. I can’t believe what is the point having bunch of staff wondering around.
