Pleasantly located. Tidy well stocked shelves and friendly staff. And always a suprise bargain in store as my dog will confirm
Located within Phoenix shopping centre it’s been here for a whilst. To be frank I’m surprised they haven’t pulled the plug and closed up because it’s either empty or has a few customers. The number of staff members working reflect patronage. Just needed some tennis balls paid $6 and was on my way. You can generally find what you need and the store is usually well stocked and clean.
Had the most amazing experience thanks to Emily in the ballon department. She was so kind and efficient - one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in such a long time! And she made our balloons look incredible with the cutest twirly ends!!! Thank you Emily!
Went there this morning. Got a heap of gear and went to register. None were open at 10 am. Seriously what the🤷♂️. Just walked out 🤦♂️
