5 stars to Tyson in the party section. Absolute gem of a human. I left party balloons for my son's birthday to the last minute. Tyson was fantastic in helping me organise an alternative to the latex balloons opting for foil stars and a giant number. My son was absolutely thrilled! Thanks Tyson, you're a legend!
I ordered Spider-Man themed balloons on 28th September 2025, and unfortunately, the service at the party shop was below average. The lady who assisted me took my details and said she’d call once my order was ready for pickup, but I never received a callback. While that alone wasn’t a big issue, I do wonder why promise a callback if it’s not going to be followed through. When I arrived to pick up the balloons around 11:40 a.m., the party shop was unattended. I rang the bell several times and waited patiently, but no one came.... read more
