After checking online regarding smart watches, made my way to Big W Pakenham. I asked the lady greeting at the entrance where the smart watches were, she had no idea what I was talking about so I told her the fit bits for tracking steps. She sent me down to the camera section. Kelley was less than helpful. After finding watch on the internet she wandered the section having no idea where anything was. Train your staff Big W.
