Tried to buy nightwear for mum, not everyone is a size 8
This big w is an absolute joke, went to go in to purchase some womens tights and their display is basically empty. I went in there a few days afterwards and still the same. I would much rather a kmart then big w in pakenham, they always seem to have run out of stock and their clothes are horrendously designed, half their clothes look like something you would wear in a circus
Disappointed with the service. Placed an order for click and collect as I’m on limited time to get into a store and actually shop. Spoke to someone in store after 4pm (order placed 5:30am) and was advised it was still being picked. Fast forward to midday the next day.. no order still. No answer of the phone in store and no way to get customer service being a weekend. Have had to cancel the order due to lack of response and no way to contact anyone.
