Usual suspects .. Pretty big store in comparison to some other Big W's .. not many self checkouts but lots of assisted check outs, could get ugly if busy !! Usual sullen staff ..
Very bad customer service. Today I went to Eastgardens Big W ‘s self checkout with some clearance items which were not put on their system accordingly and the checkout attendant Kerry told me with a very angry tone don’t come to the self checkout if you have this kind of items.
