Absolutely fabulous. Needed extra arch lever files, only 5 on the shelf, i needed 12, lady at the cash register willingly helped and got the rest "from the back" of the store. Friendly and helpful
So insanely disappointed! , went here to buy the Lego spider- man blind boxes for my daughter and all the boxes were ripped and empty! All the pieces were gone and the few I saw were not the one she wanted I did find one un- opened box but I was not the one she wanted at all instead it was a crippled orange spider man , the one she specifically told me she DIDNT want . Very disappointed in the stock.
At 1.30 I was assisted by Jane in self serve, and I was extremely impressed by her helpfulness and patience. Jane is a great asset to big W and I sincerely hope she is rewarded for great service.
