Had the most pleasant experience in the makeup section with Deb. She was so friendly and absolutely hilarious. Had the best conversation with her and she wished me good luck with a certain thing. Will definitely be going back just to see her again. Need more staff like her.

I love Big W Noosaville for its convenient party supply area . Shop is always clean, tidy and well presented. Staffs are lovely and helpful. Great appreciation to the kind staff named Kerrie helped me out with my late request for a surprised event even though company policy now only do pre-orders. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me out make my daughter’s day special.
