We’ve been to this Big W twice now, and on both occasions the same staff member in the makeup/beauty section was rude and abrupt. I believe her name was Deb. Her attitude was unwelcoming and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than customers.
I visited Big W Noosa today and asked a staff member who was near bedding area to check if I’m buying the right one. She didn’t even responded , just hummed—and showed no willingness to assist. At first, I thought she was being rude only to me, but after reading reviews, it seems this is a common experience. I don’t wanna reveal her name but Could someone please remind everyone working there to assist customers when they ask for help?
Bought a suitcase to replace our broken one for our trip back to the UK. Has everything you could ever want and more, all reasonably priced as well.
