I can honestly say this shop has one of the worst checkout women I have ever been served by! If you don't want to work weekends,just don't work them. Don't take it out on people you are serving!
My little one was having a rather big emotional moment on Monday and yo ur staff were fantastic at helping me not let him escape from the store 🤣 The lady at the entry was particularly helpful and understanding, Big W are lucky to have such wonderful staff.
Had an absolute amazing time at big W the other day I was shopping having a look in the cosmetic area then a really nice, friendly, helpfully lady named Deb I believe came over to see if I needed any help with anything which was really great because I was so lost but she helped me find everything I was looking for, great customer service just wanted to say thank you to that beautiful lady and thank you to big w for choosing such quality staff members keep it up
Love big W, always have what I need at reasonable price. Noosa Civic has lots of other shops and great parking.
