I let Deb’s (from the makeup section) attitude slide after my previous visit because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Unfortunately, after visiting again yesterday, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. I’m not sure if my questions were an inconvenience, but I was simply asking for assistance, the kind of help you’d expect when shopping. I visited BIG W Noosaville today to purchase some items, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The price displayed on the shelf didn’t match what scanned at the self-checkout. After waiting around five minutes for a price check, I had to leave because my phone battery was on 1% and I was unable to complete the payment. Seriously Queenslanders everywhere you go there is NO STAFF the line was out the door for self service, NO registers open , the Greed up here is Disgusting, no wonder everyone is going back to Sydney, Big W very disappointing I had alot of items in my hands I was going to purchase, but walked out instead line was to Long no service.
