Clean & well organised, staff were friendly and we enjoying shopping here. Parking was easy.
Purchase a contempo 5l stand mixer onece open i noticed metal shavings inside the aluminium bowl in comes with tried explaining its a safety issue on the hotline they didn't take me serious and said if I take it back I can get a refund my concern was so others dont buy one and use it and have metal shavings in there food i wanted them too check the other stock for the same issues as after this i can not trust that big w narellan are concerned about the safety of the customers

Staff member at Cosmetics counter refused to serve me this afternoon. Apparently she only serves customer who buy cosmetics. I have previously been served there and today as I only had 2 items and was paying with cash, I lined up behind the one customer she had. I use a walking stick, the women saw it, but refused to serve me. As you can imagine the lines were soooo long with only 2 registers for cash available.
