Worst experience ever me and my friends walked into the store after school obviously with our school bags, we weren’t told to leave them out the front so we went in with them. In the SHORT time we were there we went to the bike section looking for one obviously and within two minutes we were told to leave very unpleasantly which made me and my friends uncomfortable, during this time the employee that told us to exit followed 4 girls all at the age of 12 & 13 through the store. A big thank you to Lisa, who went out of her way to solve both my issues,helped in shopping and putting together an order for me when I just couldn't do it due to poor health.Young Jayda was a whizz with the tricky process of returns that I had wanted done in parts, kudos Big W for having such remarkable employees.
