I was at the self service checkouts when an elderly lady walked up to a counter to be served only to be told to go to self service and do it there. The elderly lady explained how she would like to be served by someone and not use a machine and the worker was rude told her to go to self service and the other worker can scan your items there for you. Once the elderly lady left the 2 staff members then stood there talking and complaining about the things the elderly lady was talking about. Didn’t seem like good service to me.
