An absolutely awful staff member would not let me use their customer bathroom, which is always closed for some reason, when my 3 year old son had an accident in the store and I needed to clean him up. Firstly what is the point in even having a bathroom for customers if you don’t let anyone use them, and secondly have some compassion for a small child. I ended up having to abandon my items and go elsewhere. Disgraceful!!
THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER AND THE WORST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO MITTAGONG!
Staff always seem to be unhappy, was told that they could only give 2 of the ooshis although we had 7 to claim which is fine but confirmed via head office this was not the case. Complaint made to head office regarding the attitude of staff. Only laybuy now to avoid going into store.
A great Big W store with a good range of products at affordable prices. The store is clean, well organised, and easy to shop in. Staff were friendly, and everything was well stocked. No issues at all and an enjoyable shopping experience.
