Big W , what's not to like. A vast variety of projects all under one roof.
We needed help locating an item. Initially the woman at the front entrance ignored us as she was speaking to a work colleague. When she deigned to acknowledge us she just dismissed us with a wave of the hand and said "over there". A very unpleasant person. The majority of the staff in the store are very scruffy and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.
Well presented shopping centre, Big W, Kmart Coles and Woolworths, A+.
Their self serve checkouts are useless.. even a staff member could not do it..I paid and the machine said I owed more money.. the staff member said I must have put 2 notes in the same time.. I walked out angry losing $65 which was my fault as I was mad at them. I will never shop there if the checkouts are closed.. Used the checkout today and when leaving the lady asked for my receipt to scan. I was happy to do this as it happens at Kmart all the time.
