Very annoying staff (lady at checkout). Super rude. We shopped from other stores and showed her the receipt (the brands we had Big W don’t even sell) she was still keep trying to scan the barcodes of those stuff, which doesn’t even make any sense. I literally left without buying anything. Such an awful experience.
Consistently terrible customer service. It's unfortunate, as I find their range of cosmetics really great (when in-stock) otherwise I'd never set foot in there again Edit: upon consideration, I have to say that the staff who look after the returns desk and the chap at security are always pleasant. It's the check-out people who let the side down. So rude and dismissive.
