Consistently terrible customer service. It's unfortunate, as I find their range of cosmetics really great (when in-stock) otherwise I'd never set foot in there again 😅
Nice Big W with great staff.
Big W is okay to shop at but seriously are the Police ever going to do something about the crime/theft in Midland Gate as the same people keep offending as they know they can get away with it.I heard a their tell a worker you can't touch me as they walk out of a store with a stereo speaker.An centre security seem to live up the other end of Midland Gate don't see much of them down the Woolies end.Plus them and any store security can't seem to be able to do that much anyway.
