Horrible customer service!!! Like many others have stated (I think it's the same lady), there is a South African service lady who is so rude! I went in today to try exchange some baby items that were clearly misadvertised and did not arrive as expected. Came in on Thursday 18/6 around 8pm for some One Piece packs and suffice to say I will not be coming back to this store again. The cashier - his name tag said David and he wore glasses - said to a customer in front of us “There was a rush of people for it and the people behind you are back for seconds” but it was LITERALLY our first time there (look at the CCTV to prove it). Very annoying staff (lady at checkout). Super rude. We shopped from other stores and showed her the receipt (the brands we had Big W don’t even sell) she was still keep trying to scan the barcodes of those stuff, which doesn’t even make any sense. I literally left without buying anything. Such an awful experience.
