Usually love to shop at Big W but today I went when it wasn't that busy at Marion 3.30pm ish. However there were no trolleys available, only hand held baskets. The lady at the entrance told me that they will not be purchasing any additional trolleys in the near future. Hence today I shopped at Target for Christmas Presents. I would have preferred to shop at Big W with my voucher but they lost my sales today.
