Thank you for the wonderful staff for helping me refund a click and collect order before I contact them. I accidentally made an order twice and was dreading to go in to explain. Nonetheless it was already done before I even went in.

Incredibly rude and ignorant manager and staff here. They would not refund me even though I had the receipt and came back 5 minutes after purchasing. This big w needs a new manager and staff who will treat customers with respect considering we pay their salaries.
