When I asked her to check the stock of an item she rudely told me to go and take a photo of it so I went back, took a photo of the label and showed her. she dismissively said “We don’t have it” making me question why she made me go and take a photo in the first place. Jane is a superwoman, her customer service skills and warmth really made me feel heard, Jane stopped a pokemon bandit and stood for justice I can’t explain how grateful I am for Jane honestly she’s the personification for professionalism and customer service we appreciate you jane
Very disappointed. The store looked messy and many shelves were empty. The lighting was poor, and it didn’t feel updated. Also, there wasn’t enough staff to help customers
As others were saying, the indian male at the self- checkout was incredibly rude. His rudeness absolutely ruined my day, it takes a lot to write a negative review. After huffing and puffing I asked him a question, which was do they still offer price matches as I remember the did a while ago which is fair, but this does not give him the right to stat getting mad and to get out of the store and go to K-MART if you are that cheap which is absolutely insane.
