Actually pretty happy about the disgusting customer service here when it took 3 staff plus their unhelpful manager Nikitza? (She wouldn’t let me take a pic of her name badge as it wasn’t a common name and of Indian origin) to incorrectly scan my cosmetics twice, at full price, argue with me about customer service legislation then tell me they were doing me a favour by giving it to me at the correct displayed discounted ticked price.
