This store is my go to for buying toys and gifts, having said that the toy area is messy and unorganised. When I want LEGOs I have to rummage through piles of boxes and random things. Other than that this store is quite good with stock and products. Unfortunately the WIFI here is horrible and I couldn't use the westfield wifi or my Sim card.

Terrible customer service from that C hinese girl wearing g lasses at the back of the service lay by register area. She saw me waiting for at least 5 mins at the register but still couldn't be bothered to serve me at all. When she did served me she was so lazy with no initiative to serve me and other customers. She just walked off with the unfriendly gazed of hers and never came back. What kind of customer service is this? She just doesn't want to work at all.
