Probably one of the worst customer service in the electrical section that I’ve ever had in a big W store I would definitely avoid shopping here if you’re looking for electrical goods the lady that was working on the Sunday afternoon that I went in was the rudest woman I’d ever experienced dealing with customer service and that is putting it nicely. me and my mother came in on 7/6/26 around 2pm to get a click and collect order - guy at the front gave us vague directions as to where the service desk was, had to go on a literal hunt for it. unfortunately when we got there, an incredibly rude and unfriendly young blonde girl was working there, who from the get go had a foul attitude, she gave us both the nastiest and most unnecessary stare, as if we were bothering her. she didn’t even check ID for the item, just threw it on the counter and continued to stare at us like we ... read more
