Big W Party Shop Service is brutal!! Girl with blonde hair/glasses that works in the party shop is just the rudest person. I have encountered her before with the same attitude and she must hate her job because the misery is something else. This lady served a woman in front of me which she was also rude to. Advised the lady that she was closing in 7 mins. I had all the selections and just needed to pay and she told me at 2mins to 4 she was closed. She could’ve told me while waiting for 5mins that she wasn’t going to serve me.... read more
Saturday staff were so rude. I went to buy a Balloon for my baby who's just gotten out of hospital to cheer her up and he girls chatting away said "They were fully booked" and didn't have time to blow up a balloon. I asked " You need a booking for a Balloon? You don't have 60 seconds to blow one up?" "no we are too busy". They turned around and started chatting to each other. On top of this the staff and the check outs were swearing and complaining it was so busy. Terrible customer service and staff.
