Absolutely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful of a customer. There are lots of people who would like your job. If you don't want to work in retail and use kindness then resign.
Terrible customer service, letting “policies”get in the way of helping. Lost my sale today and in the future.
Its a big shop.
Always able to find what we are looking for are able to get advice when needed.
