I lost my bag at big w. Emily, kat and sam were so nice to take care of my bag and had a look at the camera to find it. I am so thankful for these nice ladies there. Previously my kid lost her favourite stuffy there but we were not helped. Today i met these ladies and found my bag. 5 stars good service

We came here mid morning in a Tuesday. Purchased a few Easter items from here. Easter chocolate is on sale which was a bonus. Lots of empty cardboard boxes on the shelving though. Lots of staff around but no one asked if I needed any help and I was looking for something specific. Went to a checkout assistant who was friendly. Didn’t ask for Everyday Rewards card but I remembered to get it out anyway
