It's path of the course these days that shops like Big W will say they have a product in stock at a particular store but you could be wasting your time and fuel going there only to find out that's a pork pie so ring first as I've had it happen a couple of times and it seems like this is the new 'Norm' and accepted by management. 🫡
Nigel Store manager is the rudest person I have ever met within the customer service industry. He doesn’t value loyal customers. Today was absolutely appalling, while shopping with my son for his Birthday for tomorrow. Both Trolleys were emptied! No apologies. As there was big (bike) boxes x3 within them I had them at the end of the isle to not knock anything off the shelf, while I was opposite it grabbing some shirts for my son. It has left me stunned.
