I used to enjoy visiting this store but now not so much. I never feel like the staff are having fun like they used to. A few years ago, I can remember staff dressing up for events, raising money for charity, and just being happier. I’ve also noticed a ‘lack’ of drive from the staff. On multiple occasions visiting the store, I’ve been “greeted” (I wouldn’t even call it that, as most of the time I’m not even acknowledged) by a teen with earphones in, or playing on their phone, talking to another employee, or nowhere to be seen... read more
I refuse to go here any more unless I absolutely have alot of staff i need some stuff need to be sacked no customer service skills what so ever .
Got a lot of items to buy if you can afford it
