Big W has POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS these days, so dated in my view - better to shop at KMART much more modern, trendy & great quality. And the Management & staff at Big W are disgusting too - customer service, interactions are rude, mocking, they do NOT value customers. And, think again if you want to return something, may get it, may not, no matter what their Policy actually states - the Woolworths Change-Of-Mind Returns Policy has "sneaky twists" to it, in my experience.
