I had a really disappointing experience at Big W. I was waiting at the counter to have balloons inflated while trying to keep my young kids from running around. Several staff members saw me standing there, but no one acknowledged me or even said, “Sorry, we’ll be with you in a minute.” I waited for around five minutes and even heard one staff member say she was going on her break.
