We bought a Bitzee Magical toy $39. What a rip off , waste of money. Big W should try toys before they stock them to sell. / edited a week later/ ....We took the Bitzee back to Big W and they gave a full refund. Thank you Fiona , also for your honesty. The man at the entrance was of help in the beginning but then called me back form going out the door to check my bag in not a very nice manner. I came for refund mate and that was all. I have spent over $600 there in the last 6 weeks , so I didn't appreciate his tone.
