Standing applause for the SERVICE team member name ANGELA. It was Monday with significant people in the que. She attended each one of them patiently. She helped my Contempo coffee grinder refund and replacement politely and professionally. She ran back and forth multiple times for me to get the new one. I felt really bad. Outstanding customer service.
Good collection of women, men and kids stuff.
Staff were friendly and helpful when collecting my order this week. Thanks.
Many thanks to great service provided by (Mira?)in cosmetics today. Defiantly a keeper for this store, . .
Before going to Big W, I had a voucher from a similar store (rhymes with fart) and went there to get an umbrella pram. Got shocking service from the first store. Went to big W to get the same type of stroller and the lady at the service desk not only went to check for stock, she assembled it for me so I could use it immediately because my toddler was trying to abscond. Absolutely gem of a woman. Will go to big w over the fart store now because of this experience
