The wonderful staff member who was working at the party desk today (13.10.25) was so helpful in helping me prep to find out my baby’s gender. I gave her two outfits to chose from, one for boy and one for girl, with an envelope and a box and she was more than happy for me to go have a walk around while she read the envelope and put the box together for me so I can open it later with my partner. She really helped make this a wonderful experience and was so kind ♥️ 10/10 customers service!! Thank you.
I was really disappointed with the condition of the trolleys at Big W during my recent visit. Many of them were visibly dirty – sticky handles, leftover rubbish, and generally unhygienic. In today’s environment, where cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority, it's surprising that trolley maintenance seems so overlooked.
