I was really disappointed with the condition of the trolleys at Big W during my recent visit. Many of them were visibly dirty – sticky handles, leftover rubbish, and generally unhygienic. In today’s environment, where cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority, it's surprising that trolley maintenance seems so overlooked.

The woman on the front checkouts, her name is Flora, she is beyond rude. Speaks to customers and colleagues like crap. She’s loud and aggressive and needs to go. Definitely not someone to be dealing with the public in a customer service role. I won’t go in if she’s there.
