I tried to call Big W Grand Central, Toowoomba to advise them of an abandoned trolley outside my property. The phone (local number) was not answered. I was directed to an app, which did not work. Should I just take the trolley to a local scrap metal dealer and donate the proceeds to charity? Why does Grand Central not put better measures in place to avoid this commonplace littering problem?
