Tami went over and above to assist me today in looking for an item that wasn’t on the shelf. She went out the back for 5-10 minutes and sourced the item. Absolutely 10/10 customer service displayed my Tami
The employee standing at the entrance ( the woman in her 50/60s with messy, greying hair) warmly greets every local customers while completely ignores and looking down on anyone of a different skin color. Although she doesn't vocalize any racist slurs to immigrant customers, her behavior is an blatant display of racial discrimination and a deep-seated bigotry. A Favorite Store for many years. Always Good Prices and Very Friendly Staff - Very Courteous and Polite. Had a surprising lack of courtesy when I entered the Store last week. I simply asked where the Small Australian Flags are for my Car, and encountered a Strong Reaction to this from a Worker who "Welcomes us into the Store" She abruptly told me "No, we don't have Anything like that!......No we don't have Any!" and I said "I found them on your Website" and she abruptly said "That's Market Place.
