I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at the Glenorchy store. I asked several staff members for help finding an item that was showing as available online, but no one was willing to properly assist me. Their responses were unhelpful and the way they spoke to me was very rude. I understand that staff can be busy, but customers should still be treated with respect and given proper assistance. I hope the management looks into this and improves the customer service at this store.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the customer service my family and I received at the BIG W Glenorchy service desk at approximately 5:00 pm this evening. Upon arriving at the service desk, we waited for at least 20 minutes before being served.
