There’s nothing specific about this store — the problem reflects my overall experience with BIG W as a company. In reality, they should be called "Small W", because their level of intelligence and customer service is far from big. They advertise and sell products they can’t properly support or accept returns for. The support team was unprofessional and gave me incorrect information.
