Terrible customer service experience. I asked a staff member if she could help me find an item, and she simply muttered that she was "on timer" without offering any assistance. The interaction felt rude and dismissive. If staff are unavailable to help customers, there should be a clear system or indication rather than making customers feel like a burden. Very disappointing service.
