Yesterday, I went to BIG W Gateway to purchase a Christmas gift for my son. I could not find the item on the shelf, although the website showed it was in stock. A staff member checked and told me the item was on a pallet and currently inaccessible, and suggested that I place a Pick & Collect order instead. This store seems to never have working air cons it is sooo hot in the store that i have purchased melted chocolates b4 without realizing. I feel sorry for the workers i walk in and walk out without purchasing anything as its too hot and stuffy 99% of the time
