Lady at the balloon/party section was so unfriendly. Asked for 1 balloon to be blown up and she said that had to pre-order. Like what?? Its only 1 balloon and you are literally stationed at the party supplies like we're such an inconvenience to you. Happened 5th October.
Rang the store on my way up from the south West got diverted to a call centre which told me they had 19 in stock at the store asked to be put through to the store to check they didn't answer the phone. When I got there they had only a few on the shelf so I asked the lady on the door could she call someone to come help me and was told to go to the service desk at the rear of the store who called someone from that department and was told they had to do a stock adjustment but sorry they didn't have any without even looking tota... read more
I went down to my local BIG W and picked up a couple of really good bargain-priced T-shirts. There were also a few other things I wanted that I couldn’t find at the other stores in the centre, and I found what I was looking for really easily. As a guy, I hate shopping 😂, but the store layout was really easy to navigate and made the whole experience pretty painless. Easily 5 stars. Good service 👏👏
Went to Big W Gateways for the first time to look for clothes for the family. I’ve never been so overwhelmed by the level of filth and chaos in any store in my life. The changing rooms were horrific and hadn’t been cleaned since the dark ages. I accidentally dropped a dress on the carpet and let’s just say I decided not to buy it after that (pic attached)The displays were impossible to shop due to the chaos and mess. No excuses here. This is just bad bad management.
Staff are not understanding. Most of them are very unfriendly especially the older ladies. Needs to really work on customer service.
