Wanted a tv, could only get what t wanted online. That is BS as I never buy online. So us that don't buy online are getting left behind
Thomas was on door this afternoon, super lovely & helpful
Customer service disgusting from the lady at the checkout, walked over to her as she was at the desk, she said “don’t talk to me I’ve finished speak to him”
I had such a wonderful interaction with a young girl named Sienna the other day, she is such a hardworking, dedicated and kind young girl. She was incredibly helpful during my time at BIG W and always went above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed help. She was friendly, patient and made everything so much easier with her positive attitude and willingness to help. Sienna is a wonderful young girl who clearly takes pride in what she does. I really appreciated all of her help and couldn’t recommend her enough!
