Went to Big W to grab some shirts but was told I had to hang them back myself after trying them out because they have no staff. Ended up going to Kmart instead—got better service, better quality shirts, and a better price. If I wanted no service, I’d just shop online.
Stood at the checkouts for a good 10 minutes with 4+ staff members looking at me before I gave up and left $500 worth of shopping for them to put back. I have a job and it’s not working at Big W, if I wanted to scan shopping I’d get a job doing that. I suggest you open at least one checkout so people don’t have to stand in massive self serve lines and do your job for you! Pure laziness and horrible customer service, 4+ staff members standing around the the self serve, surely ONE of you could have gone onto a checkout.
