Customer service disgusting from the lady at the checkout, walked over to her as she was at the desk, she said “don’t talk to me I’ve finished speak to him”
I had such a wonderful interaction with a young girl named Sienna the other day, she is such a hardworking, dedicated and kind young girl. She was incredibly helpful during my time at BIG W and always went above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed help. She was friendly, patient and made everything so much easier with her positive attitude and willingness to help. Sienna is a wonderful young girl who clearly takes pride in what she does. I really appreciated all of her help and couldn’t recommend her enough!
I bought a tv from big w EKO almost 4 months ago and it stopped working already . I am very disappointed. I should get an exchange or refund
Great local place for helium ballons. Service friendly and average pricing. Very convient for a impluse buy/forgot to organise myself better. But my partner was very happy with his surprise gift.
Every time I go into this Big W it smells like BO. From the entrance through the first half of the store, the smell is overwhelming and honestly disgusting. It completely ruins the shopping experience. Hopefully management can address whatever is causing it
