Found what I wanted easy enough. Alot of temptations for both adults and children (glad I don't have to worry about shopping with mine any more!).
The customer service was appalling. As i went into the change rooms to try on some shorts, i gave a friendly greeting to the worker at the desk and got nothing in return. Then after i had paid, i put my shopping bag down on the sensor to put my clothes away and the checkout was beeping telling me to ask for assistance and the man at the checkout instead of coming over to help, just shouted from across the room "just take your bag off the sensor then go!" and on my way out, the bag check lady stepped into my way, interrogatin... read more
Just left the big w colonnades feeling like a thief and so embarrassed because of the check out lady and man. they yelled and interrogated me. don’t ever shop here. disgusting behaviour. as i have no sight whatsoever in my right eye and it’s very noticeable to see. left in tears and called my mum and sister
