Great range of products and really good customer service. Just a shame that they don't have more staffed registers, they are almost always closed.
The lady at party section on 28/02/26 was extremely rude and doesn’t deserve to work there! Initially said she can inflate 3 balloons and in 1 min said she could only 1 as still more than 20 mins left for closing the store and each balloon inflating takes 20-30secs. Best example of not wanting to work and was rudely speaking throughout the process.
Specifically giving this rating for the delightful man working the exit/entry area. He has a big white beard and he is the nicest, sweetest person makes me smile every time I come here
