Had a terrible experience here today. I went to pay some money off my Christmas layby. The receipt stated that payments can be made at the checkout. There was nobody at the checkouts so I tried self service, this didn’t work and I was told to wait at the unmanned registers with my twin two year olds. I waited for 10 minutes before the woman from the self service came over. She was so incredibly rude to me and flustered that she had to serve me. She rushed me through and was so impolite. Racist staff! Diane and Jess the ‘senior’ staff should be ashamed of themselves! Go back and train your staff how to approach customers. Because we are coloured and not white we were told to leave the shop just because we were trying out which ball my daughter wanted. It was her 4th birthday and all we wanted to do was make her have a good day but because of the huge commotion your staff made over bouncing a ball, we had to leave! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!
