Always greeted by the best, helped by some really great people who are always ready to help , I cant speak for every person but my experiences have always been the best.
I don't recommend the party section at this location at all. I arrived at 4:50pm to get 3 balloons inflated (they close at 6pm), the sign said no walk in orders within the last 30 mins. I waited 20 minutes to be served (after asking at the lay-by counter & pressing the buzzer) only to be told the staff member had already left for the day and therefore no more orders. If id been served straight away perhaps I could have gone to another store rather than having a celebration impacted. Don't rely on them for last minute celebra... read more
