The most horrible Big W, all employees at the checkout basically tell you to bend over and cough. Been here multiple times to get items for my children and have been accused of stealing after buying some items at a seperate checkout. Was yelled at by a large woman with dark hair working around 5pm on a Wednesday while exiting the store with receipt in hand. Atrocious !
Absolutely horrendous place, never shop here. They accuse every customer of stealing and make them dump their whole bag out in front of everyone while yelling at you. Never shop here unless you want to be interrogated!
I’ve been accused of stealing with the receipt in my hand, MULTIPLE TIMES. Forced to dump out my personal belongings in front of customers and staff for them to find nothing SEVERAL TIMES. Happened today when I bought an item in the makeup section which has a seperate checkout. Absolutely horrible !!! Employees here are on a power trip
