Absolutely DISGUSTING how they got rid of their manned checkout and have gone all self checkout. I said two years ago this would happen.
After today the news the store is changing the way it is going to operate in the future is not to our liking. Less people to assist customers in store and no people covering to manual checkout with everyone directed to self service. Nobody at the door to assist customers to the right areas for the goods required . This is an improvement...don't think so !
Always greeted by the best, helped by some really great people who are always ready to help , I cant speak for every person but my experiences have always been the best.
