Good Bigw, very tidy and staff were helpful.
Very poor experience in the TV area of store today. Returned to buy a TV for a second time in 3 days. (No staff, previous day, so had to come back). More than 30% TV displays turned off at 1.30pm Thursday afternoon, and I wanted to compare picture before purchase. Waited for 10 mins as guy behind the counter disappeared. 6 people in que. Approached staff member, who grabbed another staff member, who then took a further 5 mins to find appropriate remote for TV. Came to the toy sale Pokemon drop with my 4.5 year old daughter and she wasn’t allowed to buy a Pokemon lunch box as Aparently she doesn’t qualify and she’s under age? Me and my child both collect Pokemon together with a dedicated social media page and yet the staff want to gate keep as though their job depends on it
