BIG W Cessnock is clearly focused on customer service across all areas of the store. Stock is very well maintained and neatly displayed, making items easy to find. A well-run store that provides a smooth and positive shopping experience.
I absolutely love this store. I just moved here from America like three months ago and it reminds me of our Walmart. It has everything you could possibly ever think of and everything is organized so well. And the staff is so willing to help unlike our Walmart that’s the only difference lol so if you’re new to the area or to the country, I highly suggest going there for your basically any need except for food.!
