I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your CastleTown store. I purchased a boxed bicycle on 16th July, and upon opening it, I discovered that the tyre was damaged. I reported the issue immediately and returned the bicycle, requesting a replacement. I even paid extra for assembling, trusting that a proper replacement would be provided.
