If I could give 0 I would, I walked in asking for glasses and immediately got an attitude by a rude miserable lady, after walking around she came to me and my friend and said “why are you still here didnt you ask for glasses?” I got flabbergasted because I’ve never had this happen before. After a bit she came back and said she’s gonna kick us out and call security.
I would like to acknowledge Susan from the Party Section, particularly the balloon department at Big W Carnes. Today we visited and tried to put together a decor for our sons 21st birthday. Im upset this lady she was stocking something and i walked past her and she "tsk" and I stopped and turn around and she was saying rude stuff to me. This is completely unacceptable im very annoyed and upset please make sure ur workers are not giving attitude.
