Often get what i desire. Rearly getting shortage or out of stock notes!
I wish Big W would update their website or phone line so we can ask party store questions. I went in 3x to try and inflate balloons and both times they were still closed without time signs. Upon the 3rd time at 9am they were finally open and it took 35mins to inflate a set of 12 balloons. Party hours are open 9-5pm despite the store house being open until 8am-7pm andno way of knowing unless you go instore.

I tried to go in but because I was at a catholic school they didn’t let me in do not recommend with a group of your friends the lady called the security on me and didn’t treat me like a human
I visited Big W to return a pair of shoes because I had purchased the wrong size. When I originally bought the shoes, there was no price tag attached. A staff member at the checkout helped me find the product code, scanned it, and I paid for the shoes without any issues. However, when I returned to exchange or return them, the staff member assisting me was extremely unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic customer service skills.
