Dear Store Manager, Today I visited your Big W store and asked a staff member in the party section where an item was located. The response I received was blunt and rude, making the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. This level of customer service is disappointing and not what I expect when shopping in your store. I trust this will be addressed.
My daughter was holding her water bottle and I was holding the bubble tea and the staff told I was not allowed to drink it inside .never have happened any big w's before with this kind of behaviour.would give - for this outlet...
Staff was annoyed as my kids pick up toys and tried it out, then she rudely told my kids to put the toys in their hands back to the shelf. We left and went to another bigw and bought same toys. You lost me as a customer from now on.
