No one answers the phone! Hardly any staff! But the ones that l DID manage to talk to, were very nice.
My experience at Big W Capalaba was amazing and one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. This isn't my usual Big W so the layout was slightly different. Lovely staff memeber Lauren helped me navigate the store and find everything I needed. She also interacted very positively with my baby brother who normally can be quite fussy with shopping.
