Bought some goods on line, did a click & collect. Received a email & sms advising goods were ready for pick up. Straight to service desk, staff friendly & knowledgeable picked up goods and left, in and out quickly
Fantastic service. I was looking for something and couldn't find it. I asked a young girl and she didn't know where it was, but she asked so many of the other team members . I will go back tomorrow to see if they have found it for me. Thank you.
