Last month, I visited this store and bought a power bank in the electronics section at the back for AU$29.95. When I paid AU$50 in cash, the blonde, fair-skinned female staff member told me they didn’t have any change and asked me to go to the front counter. had an absolutely unacceptable experience with a staff member at Big W. I was browsing in the beauty section when she tried to walk behind me and said a very sharp “EXCUSE ME.” When I looked back, she had the worst look on her face. I stepped aside to move out of her way, but she muttered something under her breath. I politely said, “Excuse me?” and she immediately became aggressive, insisting I move and speaking to me rudely.
