I really love big W i always shop here. Its got great items and mostly friendly staff. However, today I have had a somewhat unpleasant experience. This afternoon around 3:50pm (15/11/2025) I went to buy something from the beauty section and the woman working at the counter bluntly said "you want to pay?" While I was stading at the register waiting for her. Then she proceeded to sniffle and say "its this spray you sprayed thats making me sneeze" I didn't appreciate being told my perfume was making her sneeze. It's irrelevant.... read more
