Absolutely disgusted with BIG-W Earlville purchased a $100 gift card plus the activation fee of $6.95, I have not been able to use this card anywhere at all it says you can only swipe with this certain card so I went back WHERE I PURCHASED THE CARD & the guy said if it doesn’t work in 48hrs bring it back & see us so I did & of course the guy who told me that wasn’t working that day so the lady just look at me like I was the idiot & said it’s not there problem see the people who issued the card but yet I purchased it from BIG... read more
Staff can be rude
Cant believe that when you call your local store you have to talk to a chat bot and not a real person and it wants to send you a link for a product to find but that is not why I was calling for sorry Big w but you have lost a customer if it stays so impersonal I am out!
