Always have awful and unprofessional attitude with customer service in the balloon - party section of the store. Went in there yesterday to purchase balloons for my child’s birthday and the lady in that service area nagged me feel like I was an inconvenience to her tone as she was about to walk off her shift. She could’ve at least acknowledge that fact that I wanted to be served but allocated another staff member to assist with my purchase. BIG W ONLINE - Purchased a shade sale. It was of quality worse than Temu! It came with a 2 year warranty however it came with numerous defects which the seller accepted but then it lasted barely 2 months. Of the many shade sales I have ever purchased it really was terrible quality. I will never purchase from Big W online ever again. It took over 10 emails and more than a month to remedy to issue and finally a full refund. What a waste of time and effort.
You still are advertising you sell DVD's, but you don't anymore', sad sites aren't updated.
Tried ringing Cairns sore today 13/3/25, 2.40pm. Couldn't get through to an actual person!🤬. Robot replied no one is available, even asking for customer service, lay-by. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!, THAT AN ACTUAL PERSON CAN'T EVEN ANSWER A CALL!
