Being the only Big W in Cairns, the shop size isn't big enough I don't think to keep up with the growing suburbs and families in Cairns. The variety of items in store are great but I would highly recommend the higher ups to expand as the economy rises along with costs. The bulky and bundle value items are a hit for families such as mine which save me more dollars. I do love that the electronic/gadget aisle has the Apple display table again. The staff and the new cosmetics aisle are awesome
Had such a great experience at Big W Cairns thanks to a lovely young lady named Katie! She went above and beyond to help me out and was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve come across in retail. Super friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got what I needed. Give that girl a raise – absolute legend
