Not a bad shop.at all has everything
Non-existent customer service..Bought a bike, had it assembled at Big W Earlville, took the bike for its first ride- chain kept coming off everytime I changed gears, front brake made a horrific sound everytime it was applied and the rear brake barely works. Took it back to them, was told it would be fixed on the Wednesday and they would call when it was done..No call by Friday, so I called and was told " the bike guy never showed up". No courtesy call to let me know, just poor customer service all round.
WHY DO YOU SELL BLACK & DECKER VACUUM CLEANERS WHEN YOU WON'T SELL REPLACEMENT BATTERIES. SO ANNOYING AND DIFFICULT TO GET A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.
