I think it’s disgusting that you are no longer able to speak to a customer service person to find out whether they sell a product in store. As I have disability issues I can’t go tripping from store to store as it’s difficult and the so called Dot can’t even get the English right. Not everyone is digital and for us older people you make us no longer want to do business with stores who no longer have customer service not good Big W
