The lady at the door was 100% nice - so helpful!! I was being honest, on the way out they didn't have what I was looking for & when I told her she got someone to double check for me as she understands as she mentioned her husband has the same issue & why I needed a special item?
Cannot believe I am leaving a review for Big W but the tall guy with glasses, Liam, that served me in the tech section today (16/04) is genuinely an absolute legend and the best retail worker I’ve ever come across. Bro could have upsold me into poverty and I would’ve left thanking him. Give him a raise or a medal or something.
