Hi Store Manager, I would like to provide some feedback about an experience I had at BIG W Browns Plains on 8 September at approximately 4:17 pm. I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the lady in make up she was absolutely lovely. The girl at service desk tonight though not so much. I didn’t need the same explanation 5 times about the fact your packer had gone home to do my click and collect after I made you aware I thought it would be an hour service. Also didn’t need the multiple snarky comments about “that’s not how we do it here” won’t be click & collecting again, 100% will be back to the make up lady, she’s been a gem every time we’ve been there

Bought Mambo sneakers for my daughter in high school to wear to school. After only four months of normal wear, the plastic toe trim separated from the synthetic upper. These were even mens' shoes, so I expected them to be sturdy. Staff and the manager dismissed it as 'wear and tear' and I left feeling brushed off.
