Wanted to buy a TV. Trying to get a member of staff to assist us was like trying to find witnesses to defend Prince andrew - we knew they were around - they just didn't come forward. It was a sunday morning so maybe they'd all been on the lash.
The older woman with short dark hair manning the self-service tils this afternoon has absolutely no customer service skills. I had just made a purchase when she sternly demanded to check my bag. Is Big W under the assumption that people making purchases are stealing at the same time, or is this staff member flagrantly abusing her power ? Either way it's alarming and disappointing.
