We went to pick up Pokémon products on the BigW exclusive drop for me and my kids to enjoy opening however the entire Paldean Fates Tusk Premium Collection box got entirely backsoored by the entire BIGW staff either the day before or on the morning internally, so no one ever got to purchase the item we lined up several hours in the freezing cold before. Really disappointed. There was a Pokemon drop and they werent even slightly prepared. People including myself were lined up for hours. Come opening time, random people popped out of no where and swarmed the shop, running around and pushing others. Lucky us more civilised people took it upon ourselves to push them back out of line. Big w staff did nothing as they didnt care. On top of all that. There were so many people that missed out on getting something. Products are easily bought and picked up same day. Simple, no fuss!
Very rude and ignorant staff avoid if you are looking for something or need help
Stock available onlne at BIGW Market place - but I want to support staff on the floors, as such will not buy on line. Goods not available in store for over 6 months, checking in weekly / biweekly.
