I picked up a 95% cocoa chocolate from a shelf where everything was marked 30% off and it even had a 5.95 promo ticket under it. At the register it scanned full price. When I tried to explain, the supervisor was a bit dismissive and didn't really hear me out, so I left feeling pretty frustrated. The next day I spoke with Maria, the store manager, and she was excellent. She listened, acknowledged the signage issue, and resolved it on the spot.
I experienced the worst customer service when making a return.
Dropped by on Friday to the party section in Big W. The 2 ladies there did not look interested in wanting to help me. They said it would take 20 minutes to fill one tiny balloon, I said no problem. I went back 30 minutes later and they hadn't started it. They quickly filled it in about 30 seconds and gave it to me. Their attitude toward me made me feel as if I am giving them more work that they don't want to do. Very unprofessional and I won't be using this service going forward.
I've always liked coming here to do some shopping. Always got what I wanted and at a good price. The service is good here. The staff are friendly and nice
