Bigw bathurst is our everyday goto store. But today I experienced a very bad customer service at the checkout. We were scanning at the counter and realised a wrong price came up on the screen. We looked for assistance but couldn't find anyone. So I went in to check the price on the shelf. Meantime, my husband was still at the checkout waiting for me. When i came back there was this lady staff who approached on us rudely for going in without asking her assistance. She was cranky as if we were stealing and passed us the racist... read more
One of the worst customer service team member i have ever seen. The grumpy lady in self check out doesn't have any knowledge about customer service and was very rude towards her customer. I hope she will get the training about how to behave with customers in a polite way.
