I had a wonderful experience at BIG W Bathurst, all thanks to the exemplary customer service from the lovely Kirsty at the Service desk. I had an issue with my Lay-By payment not showing on their end, and I was unsure of whether I would be able to collect it that day. However, Kirsty went above and beyond to not only ensure I got my order, but she also took the time to explain to me what had happened and reassured me the entire way. She was kind, patient and extremely helpful; a brilliant example of great customer service.
