Went to pick up layby. Waited 20 minutes ringing the bell 20 times and no one came. Had to go round the store looking for staff to assist in finding the lay by girl. When she eventually came she said you had to ring 2 bells and not just one as she was upstairs and did not hear it Do better big w. Get one bell that can be heard in all locations
The staff are friendly and supportive
Extremely rude even when they are the ones who do things wrong.
Random stuff and 5$ T-shirts
