The greeting staff this morning was incredibly rude just over all weird vibes I get having a rough morning but it all felt weirdly targeted
I love the store but I really dreaded the horrible lady at the self-service checkouts. I am a older person twice she has been so rude to me while I have been waiting to use a checkout. I was in tears after both times, how she spoke to me. Hey the customers are paying your wages. darling. She's no darling. Please do something about it Big W Altona Meadows. All the other staff is lovely. Can you have a chat to the lady about her behaviour. It's always the some woman !
